Alexander Statement on Selection of William Emanuel to Serve on the National Labor Relations Board

WASHINGTON, June 28 — Senate labor committee Chairman Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) today made the following statement after President Trump selected William Emanuel to serve on the National Labor Relations Board:

“William Emanuel’s extensive experience practicing labor law will be an important asset at the National Labor Relations Board. Once Mr. Emanuel’s nomination paperwork is received, the Senate labor committee will move promptly to consider his nomination.”

President Trump last week nominated Marvin Kaplan to the National Labor Relations Board.
